*The flow of the workout resembles the "12 days of Christmas" song. Start by completing 1 Snatch, that's the first round. The next round is 2 Thrusters followed by 1 Snatch. Round 3 continues one line further: 3 Muscle ups, 2 Thrusters & 1 Snatch.

Continue this flow for a full 12 rounds, with the final round starting with the 12 Calories.
