Personal Training

Personal trainers will push you and help you get through those extra reps to get the best possible work out. Your PT can help you with technique, speed, agility, strength mass building and nutrition. You can do PT with a group of friends, a partner or by yourself, you can ask us below for prices if interested. Outline your goals and your personal trainier will provide guidence and consistancy to help you acheive them. We also have qualified weightlifting and sports power trainers. These coaches are skilled in technical olympic lifting movements such as snatch, clean and jerk. Check out the meet our staff page to meet our Personal Trainers. 

 

 

Club Revive 

Our Revive gym is fitted out with three weight room. Each room contains a different focus with room one containing a large dumbbell stand, leg press, ghd machine, dip machine, assisted pull up machine and multiple benches. The second room is fitted out with a rig, providing all the space for pull ups and bar work. This room includes a range of different benches for bench press and a calf raise machine. Our final weights room contains the majority of our pin load machines, thus homes the lat pull down, cable machine, seated row, should press, chest press and dip machine just to name a few.

Our second floor is fitted out with all the cardio machines you can think of. This inlcudes cross trainers, rowers, assult bikes, erg bikes, a ski erg, treadmills and assult runners. 

Our facility aslo contain a consultation room, a child minding room and an additional upstairs space for group fitness classes.  

(Please not this description does not include every piece of equipment we own and we are constantly purchasing new machines and equipment to provide the best gym atmopshere possible)
