Straight into a partner workout (both partners can work at the same time)
Partner 1 runs 100m
Partner 2 completes Deadlifts - 80/60kg (100/80kg) (alternate until 100 Deadlifts have been achieved)
Then:
Partner 1 runs 100m
Partner 2 completes Cleans - 60/40kg (70/50kg) (alternate until 80 Cleans have been achieved)
Then:
Partner 1 Runs 100m
Partner 2 completes Bench Press - 60/40kg (70/50kg) (alternate until 60 Bench Pess' have been achieved)
