TEAM TRAINING - Due to the Riot competition this weekend open training won't be on today.

Team Training will be back as normal next Saturday.

OPEN BOX - Today will still be Open and Free to those casual CrossFitters looking for a weekend hit out.

I don't recommend coming in today though if you are in experienced in CrossFit, we will only have a skelton staff on due to the competition.
