Boxercise is a combination of punches, kicks & burn outs on a boxing pad, partnered with a friend (or we will partner you up :) ). Along with high intensity excercises, great music and awesome instructors. Boxing and kicking on a pad with a partner, burn loads of calories, get some stress relief and fun!
