Body Combat

Is an empowering workout! This program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai. You stike, punch kick and kata your way through calories!
Tones & shapes, increases strength & endurance, builds self confidence.

 

 

Pump 'N' Move 

30 mins of light weight barbell toning striaght into 30 mins of mobility drills and stretching. The perfect way to get your body moving this week

 

 

Pilates 

Is a low impact, easy way to start toning up your core muscles, helping you maintain good posture & making everyday activities easier.
Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We guarantee you will enjoy using the pilates circle and bands to really target those core muscles. We will give you easier options to make sure you work at your own fitness level, but challenge even the fittest people.

 

Functional Circuit 

This circuit style class focuses on everyday functional movement that transfers into everyday life. Helping you to tone, this class is of medium to high intensity. But remember, all movement can be scaled.
 

Boxercise

is a combination of punches, kicks & burn outs on a boxing pad, partnered with a friend (or we will partner you up :) ). Along with high intensity excercises, great music and awesome instructors. Boxing and kicking on a pad with a partner, burn loads of calories, get some stress relief and fun!
Improves agility, coordination, strength and endurace, plus lung and heart fitness!

 

 

Spin and Yoga

Is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rythym of powerful music. Take on the terrian with your coach who will take you through the hills the flats and interval training.
Followed by range of yoga movements.

 

Strength 'N' Stretch 

This class is divided into to part. Within the first 30 mins the instructor will run you through a workout targeting uper body, lower body and the core. Following this the last 15 mins are spent stretching using a range of foam rollers and lacrose balls. 

 

Yoga-lattes 

Combines the diciplines of yoga, tai chi, and pilates that will build flexibility and strength and leave you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration in a carefully constructed series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Spin

Minute Max 

Is a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training, circuit style class, extremely effective in increasing fitness and stripping body fat

THT 'N' Move

With a focus directly on you Tummy, Hips and Thighs, this targerted program aims to spike the heart rate.

 

Women on Weights (WOW)

Empowering our all females, this 45 minute class is designed exclusively for women. This is a great class to be surrounded by like minded people with all with the goal of lifting and moving better. 
 

Speedy Circuit 

Following a circuit pattern this high intesnity program is the perfect 30 mins option to fit in your lunch break.
