Our Club Revive & CrossFit Uplift Complex
Within the Club Revive gym complex we have two training facilities for you to experience. These two facilities have their own distinct training styles designated to help you achieve your goals, whether it's strength, weight loss, functional training, etc. Pick your path, have a look and get yourself familar so you can start on your way!
CrossFit is fuctional training which incorperates gymnastics, weights and cardio. This type of training is constantly varied, meaning each day is different! Increasing speed, strength, agility, power and more. Check it out to find out more!
Club Revive includes all different types of training depending on your goals whether it's increasing strength, toning or losing body fat. Here you can do your own thing, attend a class or follow one of our programs. We entice you to take advantage of our knowledgeable personal trainers. Have a look!
