Teams of 3 complete:

150 Calories Assault Bike

300 Double Unders

5km Run (one other team member must Plank)

300 Double Unders

150 Calories Row

Time Cap: 60 minutes

 

*1 team member working at a time.

*On Double Unders team members must sub out if they miss a rep.

*The Run is completed relay style, you choose the distance you run, one other team member must hold a Plank at all times.
