Every 2 minutes - Clean and Jerk (increasing weight to find 1RM)

12:00 - 22:00min

Every 2 minutes -  Hang Power Clean (Increasing weight to find 1RM)

24:00 - 34:00min

Every 2 minutes - Power Clean (Increasing weight to find 1RM)
