"10 Day Partner Chrissy Challenge" WOD 10!!!

7 minutes on the ladder:

Girls: 22.5/30/37.5/45/52.5/60/67.5/75/82.5/90/etc.... Increasing by 7.5kg

Guys: 40/50/60/70/80/90/100/110/120/130/140/etc.... Increasing by 10kg

Snatches are worth 6 points per rep.

Cleans are worth 3 Points per rep.

Deadlifts are worth 1 point per rep.

Both partners work independently of each other, but can help in partners weight changes if needed.

Score is total points.

If you miss a weight you may have as many additional attempts as needed, 1 successful lift per competitor per weight.

Once you have reached your limit your workout is over.

3 minutes rest, then

Partner #1 completes Grace - 60/40kg - 50/35kg - 40/30kg

Partner #2 completes Isabel - 60/40kg - 50/35kg - 40/30kg

Partner #1 completes Isabel - 50/35kg - 40/30kg - 35/25kg

Partner #2 completes Grace - 50/35kg - 40/30kg - 35/25kg

Total Time cap - 40 minutes
