50 Walking Lunge Steps

50 Toes to Bar - Knee Raise (chest height) - Knee Raise (waist height)

50 Wall Ball Shots - 20/14lb - 14/12lb - 12/8lb

50 Burpees

50 Front Rack Barbell Step ups - 30kg @ 6 planks/20kg @ 4 planks - 20kg @ 4 planks/15kg @ 2 planks

50 Double Unders - Single Unders

50 Sumo Deadlift High Pull - 30/20kg - 20/15kg
