๐ Depend on FRESH fruits and vegetables, for fiber, vitamins, nutrients & enzymes
๐ Adhere to proper portion sizes
๐ Complete a food diary sheet each day for more accountability (we have them at reception and can check them off at the end of each week ๐คฉโ )
