Warm up 600m run 400m row 200m cross trainer
Workout 21-15-9-9-15-21 of: •Weighted step ups - to box height or lower in need *10kg/15kg dumbbells each hand •Burpees •Deadlift -40/60kg or heavier if possible •Ring dips - banded or triceps dips off a box
Cool down 10 mins stretching
