Warm Up
Spend 1 minute on each exercise for - 2 rounds (in round 2 push for more reps/calories etc)
Rower (min 1)
Push ups (min 2)
Ski Erg (min 3)
Sit ups (min 4)
Workout
8 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 8 mins) of:
3 wall ball shots
3 ring rows
6 wall ball shots
6 ring rows
9/9 12/12 etc ~ increase reps by 3 each round until time is up
REST for 3 MINS
then;
8 minute AMRAP of:
3 kettlebell Sumo Deadlift Highpulls
3 box jumps OR step ups
6 kettlebell Sumo Deadlift Highpulls
6 box jumps
9/9 12/12 etc.....
