TODAY WILL BE A MOBILITY/CORE STRENGTH DAY.
The 9:15am class will run from 9:30am -10:30am and will be re-located upstairs to complete a Pilates class, make sure you come!
Pilates will teach you to feel/engage and strengthen the muscles responsible for maintaining mid line stabilization.
Pilates will help you gain better control of your core which will improve the safety and efficiency of CrossFit movements.
The 6:30am and 5:15pm classes will run as usual in the CrossFit room, your coach will teach and guide you through mobility and strengthening drills that, if done regularly, will prevent injury and improve performance.
