Once you have completed your initial 'Tech' sessions the FUNdamental program is a great way to start your CrossFit training.
Each FUNdamental class is still packed full of all the exercises we love, your intensity level will still be high as in all CrossFit classes and you will see the great health and fitness results that CrossFit brings, just without the emphasis on big weights or big gymnastic movements.
Each FUNdamental class has a heavy focus on improving your technique, in fact the first half of each class is designed purely to improve the way your body moves.
FUNdamentals is FUN, it will teach you to move well and it will get results.
